Terms of Use
By using Klaimed you agree to these terms. In short: play fair, connect your data honestly, and manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The details are below.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using the Klaimed app (the “App”, the “Service”) you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Klaimed is a multi-sport “territory capture” app: it turns the GPS routes of your completed activities into territories (polygons) on a map, and offers clubs, leagues, badges and social features. The Service is provided as-is and on an as-available basis; features may change over time.
3. Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older if your country requires it).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account; tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
4. Rules of use
Fair play is the foundation of Klaimed. You agree not to:
- Manipulate activity data — no spoofed or artificial GPS, no misleading routes (e.g. location faking, submitting a vehicle's or another person's data as your own activity).
- Access someone else's account without permission, reverse-engineer the Service, or otherwise abuse it.
- Post harassing, hateful, spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Overload our infrastructure or use automated/bot access.
Breaking these rules may lead to content removal, forfeiture of territories or badges, or suspension of your account.
5. User content
Your profile, posts, club content and brand images belong to you. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute them within the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to your content and for not infringing third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
6. Third-party integrations
When you connect Strava, Apple Health or similar services, those services' own terms also apply. We retrieve only the data you authorise (see the Privacy Policy). You can disconnect at any time.
7. Subscription and payment
- Klaimed is free to download. Some features (“Klaimed Pro”) require an auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store / Google Play account on confirmation of purchase. Price, duration and scope are shown on the purchase screen.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's App Store / Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are governed by the policy of the relevant store (Apple/Google) and handled by the payment provider.
- Founder pricing: if you join as a Founder, the announced fixed annual price stays fixed for you for as long as your subscription continues without interruption.
8. Intellectual property
The Klaimed name, logo (grid mark), design, software and content belong to Klaimed and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Map data is subject to the licences of providers such as Mapbox/OpenStreetMap.
9. Disclaimer and safety
The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Klaimed is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, etc.) remain in force.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will announce material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction (your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected).
